A rollercoaster of pros and cons
Clean, comfortable accommodations with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff was friendly .
Dated appearance and questionable maintenance. An odd smell in the room and breakfast options lacked variety, impacting our overall experience.

That was nice hotel set in upscale area, right by McKinney, and the two hospitals. The breakfasts where more than adequate and hot with apple juices and orange & apple juices, for example, couldn't ask for anything better. The location was marvellous and the room was clean.

Cozy room, convenient location, and the breakfast options were decent, with enjoyable waffles shaped like Texas and free parking on site for easy access.

Not able to get WiFi in room Breakfast was not that great, no jelly for toast. Sausage was watery.

Here's the bottom line
This gem surprised me with its cleanliness and comfort in the remodeled king room. And I even noticed a waffle machine for breakfast! While improvements to breakfast options are needed, my overall experience was very pleasant, providing excellent value at a fair price.

My mother & I were there for a doctor appt. She uses a cane & desk clerk offered to help her with breakfast. Very nice!
